Inject JavaScript and CSS from local files into websites

Kode Injector helps you modify the sites you visit in your browser by injecting local JavaScript or CSS. How it works: • Map a site's hostname to a local JS and/or CSS file — the code is injected automatically on every visit. • Toggle rules per site, per rule, or per individual file, or pause everything at once. Reading local files: • On Chrome and Edge, enable "Allow access to file URLs" on the extension's details page (the default method). Alternatively, install the optional Kode Injector Helper (Native Host) — it doesn't depend on that toggle. Firefox uses the Helper only. • Point a rule at a file:/// path (for example, file:///index.js). A plain absolute path like /Users/you/patch.js or C:\overrides\patch.js also works — the file:/// scheme is added for you. Dev-server URLs over http(s):// are supported too.
