Visit Form Filler fills in the Florida Department of Corrections visitation scheduling form for you, so you don't have to type the same details every week. DISCLAIMER: This is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Florida Department of Corrections or the State of Florida. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open the extension's settings and save each person you apply for: the institution, the inmate's name and DC number, your name, relationship, email, phone number, and the days you usually want. 2. When the visitation form is open, click the extension and click that person. 3. The form fills in. Look it over, complete the "I'm not a robot" check yourself, and submit it. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO It never submits the form for you. It does not get past the reCAPTCHA. It does not check whether you are an approved visitor. You are still responsible for what you submit and for following the department's visiting rules. PRIVACY Everything you save stays in your own browser, on your own device. The extension has no server, no account, and no analytics, and it does not send your information anywhere. Chrome does not encrypt extension storage, so anyone who can use your Chrome profile on your computer could see what you saved. Use it on a device you trust. The extension only works on the visitation form's website, and only after you click it. TIPS If the form changes and a field is missed, the extension lists what it could not fill so you can finish those by hand.
