Overview
Capture approved page objects from application pages for LoopIQ test management.
LoopIQ Page Object Capture helps authorized LoopIQ users build reliable, reusable Page Object Repositories directly from supported web applications. With the extension, users can: • Select one or multiple browser tabs as capture targets • Capture all meaningful objects or select individual objects visually • Highlight and inspect objects before capture • Review primary and fallback locators in real time • Generate ranked locators using IDs, accessible roles, labels, text, CSS, XPath, and regular expressions • Record interaction flows to capture dynamically revealed controls, dialogs, loading states, and delayed content • Capture page-load states, including transient elements that disappear after loading • Rename or remove captured objects before approval • Organize objects across multiple pages in a LoopIQ Page Object Repository • Preserve reusable objects for Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, Behave, and other governed test workflows
