RateHUD adds a small panel to DAT One, Truckstop and 123Loadboard that turns a load into a quick yes / counter / no. WHAT IT DOES - Rate per mile at a glance: colour-coded good / ok / bad against your own thresholds. - Net profit per load: enter deadhead miles and tolls; RateHUD subtracts fuel, your other per-mile costs and your dispatch fee, and shows profit per mile. - Counter-offer coach: shows your break-even, the rate to ask for to hit your target profit, and the rate to walk away below. One click copies a ready-to-send counter email with your numbers filled in. - Broker notebook: keep private notes and a Good / Slow pay / Avoid rating for each broker, log loads you looked at, and get a reminder the next time that broker shows up. Export to CSV any time. - US time zones: see the local time at pickup and delivery, and whether the origin is likely in office hours. Handy if you dispatch from another time zone. - One-click broker email with your name and phone, plus fully editable templates. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no server.
