Search everything you saved — playlists, liked videos, subscriptions or a pasted list of links — then filter, sort, organize and open exactly the videos you need. It is built for people with large YouTube libraries: learners collecting tutorials, researchers curating reference videos, and anyone maintaining organized playlists across channels. No personal API key setup is required. Sign in with Google, choose a source, and work with your own library. SEARCH AND FILTER YOUR YOUTUBE LIBRARY • Search across several playlists or several subscribed channels at once. • Search video titles, descriptions or both, with multiple terms, exclusions or regular expressions. • Filter by channel, duration, publication date and HD/SD/Unknown definition. • Sort by title, channel, duration, views or likes where those details are available. • Stop Search cancels a long scan at any time. Results are cached locally so repeat work is fast. IMPORT LINKS WITH A CLEAR PREVIEW Turn a list of YouTube links into a clean collection in seconds. • Paste links or video IDs, or load a TXT, CSV or JSON file. • The preview separates valid unique links, duplicates and invalid rows before anything happens. • Send links to your workspace, an existing playlist, or a brand-new playlist with the name and privacy you choose. • Playlist imports show the account, destination and estimated API cost before you confirm; per-video progress, cancellation and a 24-hour reviewable job record are included. Imported files contribute links only — titles, thumbnails, durations and dates are fetched fresh from YouTube when you are signed in. ORGANIZE PLAYLISTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS • Copy or move selected videos between playlists, or remove entries you no longer need. • Create playlists from links or from your current selection. • Manage Playlists: a dedicated window to review, rename, import into or delete playlists. • Manage Channels: search, sort and choose subscriptions to unsubscribe from, with a paced queue. TAKE YOUR OWN LINKS AND PREFERENCES WITH YOU • Export the links you independently pasted or imported during the session as TXT, CSV or JSON (video IDs and links only). • Save and restore your theme, view mode, column count and thumbnail size from a small preferences file. • YouTube API-derived data is never exported. Full-library and full-playlist backups are not offered. PRIVACY AND DATA • Preferences and temporary cached data stay local in your browser. • TPM uses Google sign-in and YouTube API Services to read your library and perform the playlist and subscription changes you explicitly confirm. • Clear cached data or revoke access anytime from Settings. TPM does not download video or audio files and does not sell or share personal data. FREQUENTLY ASKED What is Todij Playlist Manager? A Chrome extension for searching, organizing and managing your own YouTube library: playlists, liked videos, subscriptions and pasted links. Does it need an API key? No. It uses Google sign-in through the extension. Can it export my whole YouTube library? No. By design, exports cover only links you supplied yourself plus your appearance preferences. YouTube API-derived data is not exported. Can it change my YouTube account? Only actions you explicitly confirm: adding, copying, moving or removing playlist entries, creating, renaming or deleting playlists, and unsubscribing from channels you select. Does it work with a large library? Yes. Multi-source scans, regex search, caching and pagination are built for large libraries. Long scans can be cancelled and resumed sensibly. GET STARTED 1.
