Save web pages, slide decks, articles, and presentations as PDF, PowerPoint, or image files. Capture content you own or have permission to copy, organize it, and export it from your browser. Grabify works with visible content on DocSend, Figma, Canva, and other websites. It does not bypass paywalls, login restrictions, DRM, or other access controls. WHO IT HELPS Sales teams can save proposals and competitor pages; investors and VCs can organize pitch decks; consultants can collect client presentations. Students, designers, and researchers can keep course material, design references, and articles together. CAPTURE YOUR CONTENT • Visible page: capture what is on screen. • Selected region: crop to a custom area across captures. • Full page: scroll and stitch a longer page. Click Stop Capture or press Space to keep only the sections captured so far. • Auto-capture: advance and capture a sequence of slides. • Record: save a selected tab, window, or screen as a local WebM video, with audio when selected in Chrome’s sharing prompt. EDIT AND EXPORT • Reorder captures or select several thumbnails together. • Preview the complete capture with Fit and zoom controls. • Add pen strokes, boxes, arrows, multiline text, sticky notes, numbered callouts with selectable shapes, or blurred areas. • Select annotations to move, resize, duplicate, delete, reorder, and style them. • Edit text directly with Done/Cancel controls; customize text size, alignment, color, fill, and opacity. • Crop individual pages, add speaker notes, and drag custom watermarks into place on the page. • Export PDF, PNG, JPEG, or WebP. Multiple images download together as a ZIP. • Create a best-effort editable PowerPoint: detected text and Grabify text, sticky notes, and boxes are separate objects; captured artwork remains an image. • Create searchable PDFs with on-device OCR. • Choose image quality to balance clarity and file size. • Recover unfinished capture sessions from local storage. • Continue the same capture session across pages, tabs, and websites while the panel is open; Close stops automatic reopening. • End a session from the Close prompt to discard its captures and start fresh next time. KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS Space captures the current view or stops an active full-page capture. V selects Visible, C adjusts the crop region, and F selects Full Page. Arrow keys navigate slides in preview when no annotation is selected. With an annotation selected, arrow keys nudge it, Shift+arrows move it farther, Delete removes it, and Ctrl/Cmd+D duplicates it. Double-click text to edit; Ctrl/Cmd+Enter finishes the edit and Escape cancels. OPTIONAL INTEGRATIONS Send completed exports to a configured webhook, or attach a hosted PDF link to Airtable through your Cloudinary account. Integrations remain off until you configure and enable them. FREE TO INSTALL Grabify is free to install. Optional Pro adds unlimited watermark-free exports, OCR, PowerPoint, and full-page capture after the initial trial. One-time credit packs are also available.
