Typerr types your clipboard into the focused field one keystroke at a time - with realistic, human-like timing - instead of pasting it all at once. Some fields reject paste, mangle pasted text, or you simply want text to arrive the way a person would type it. Typerr reproduces the clipboard character by character with natural pacing. FEATURES - Human-like timing - inter-keystroke delays are drawn from a natural distribution (fast most of the time, occasionally slower), with longer pauses between words, after punctuation, and at line breaks. No two runs are alike. - Selectable speed - presets from Hunt & peck (~18 wpm) to Ultra fast (~170 wpm), or a custom words-per-minute value (8-400). - Non-ASCII awareness - before typing, Typerr lists every non-ASCII character it found, with Unicode code points and counts. - Optional ASCII replacement - one checkbox rewrites smart quotes, em/en dashes, ellipses, non-breaking spaces, bullets, accented Latin letters (cafe -> cafe), and more to their closest ASCII form. A second checkbox drops anything with no ASCII equivalent (e.g. emoji). - Optional typos - realistic occasional mistakes with immediate correction, off by default. The final text is always exactly correct. - Works with input, textarea, and contenteditable fields, including framework-controlled inputs (React/Vue) via native value events. - Keyboard shortcut - type the clipboard straight into the focused field, no popup needed. Rebindable at chrome://extensions/shortcuts. - One-click on/off - right-click the toolbar icon to toggle Typerr; a badge shows OFF when disabled. - Cancel any time - press Esc or click the on-page Cancel button. PRIVACY Typerr makes zero network requests. Your clipboard never leaves your machine and is never stored. The only thing saved is your UI preferences (speed and checkbox states). No analytics, no tracking, no ads. HOW TO USE 1. Click into the target field so it has focus. 2. Click the Typerr toolbar icon (or press the shortcut). 3. Review the preview and any non-ASCII warning, pick a speed and options. 4. Click "Type it out". Press Esc to stop early.
