SkoolCue gives Skool community owners a clearer way to remember conversations, notice who needs attention, and turn what members are saying into useful next steps. Use SkoolCue to: - See replies, member follow-ups, new-member decisions, and publishing tasks that need attention today. - Keep a relationship timeline for each current member. - Open the relevant member or conversation in Skool when you are ready to respond. - Find recurring questions, objections, wins, and content opportunities in your own community. - Review community participation and content activity. - Draft or improve posts with an AI provider you choose and connect yourself. - Prepare posts, images, categories, and optional keyword responses before publishing. Free includes the core Today, Members, Compose, Content, and manual Skool handoff experience for one permanently selected community. Free also includes community-level context and one complete Gem. Pro adds multiple managed communities, full Classroom and lesson context, all Gems, scheduled publishing, and post-specific keyword comment and direct-message automation. ### Local by design The detailed community database SkoolCue builds from Skool—including member profiles, applications, posts, comments, Classroom content, drafts, private notes, and AI request receipts—stays in Chrome on the user’s computer. The SkoolCue account service receives only the information needed for sign-in and access: Google account identity, plan and entitlement records, PayPal subscription metadata, time-limited Pro access records, the selected Free community identity, and a stable Skool profile identifier used to prevent duplicate Free accounts. When a user requests an AI draft, only the context shown in SkoolCue’s review step is sent directly to the AI provider that user connected. SkoolCue does not sell community or member data. ### User control SkoolCue does not send a post, public reply, or direct message merely because text was generated. Scheduled posts require a date, time, Skool category, and an explicit scheduling action. Keyword campaigns require a keyword, response copy, a connected post, and explicit activation. Users can pause all keyword monitoring or pause individual campaigns. SkoolCue is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Skool.
