Start a party, sync Netflix and YouTube playback, or explicitly share a tab with audio.

Popmelon makes a shared movie night feel a little closer — even on different screens. START WITH YOUR PEOPLE Create a party before choosing a video. Share one Popmelon party link, meet in the party room, and chat while you decide what to watch. Keep the same invitation as the host changes videos. WATCH IN SYNC Choose a Netflix or YouTube tab for the party. Participants follow the host’s supported video changes, including moving between Netflix and YouTube. Play, pause and seek together. Everyone streams from their own account and needs their own access to the chosen title. KEEP THE CONVERSATION CLOSE Use the floating watch-page panel for text chat, emoji reactions, optional voice chat and movable camera tiles. Minimize it when you want more space for the video. Microphone and camera start off; you choose when to turn them on. Calls may reconnect when you navigate to another page. OPTIONAL TAB SHARING WITH AUDIO The host can explicitly choose “Share this tab + audio” to broadcast a selected tab to the party room. This shares the tab’s visible content and audio, including navigation within that tab. It does not capture other tabs or automatically turn on your microphone or camera. Stop sharing at any time. Protected or DRM-controlled video may appear black; use synchronized playback for Netflix instead. YOU STAY IN CONTROL Pause following, leave the party, and manage your microphone and camera from the extension. Optional Google sign-in is available. No streaming subscriptions are included, and Popmelon does not unlock paid content. Get started: install Popmelon, click its toolbar icon, start a party, and send your party link.
