Overview

Turn long articles into calm, full-height columns with native horizontal scrolling.

A calm, horizontally scrolling column reader for Chrome. After installing it, you can go to chrome://extensions/shortcuts to assign a keyboard shortcut to open Columnary. Once you open the Columnary reader view on a webpage, keyboard controls available are: Left/Right: scroll Shift-Left/Shift-Right: scroll by column F: fullscreen Esc: exit fullscreen or exit Columnary There is an icon in the top right for opening settings. Note that the colour scheme is light mode or dark mode according to your system settings.
