Web Workflow Recorder helps product managers, QA teams, implementation specialists, trainers, operations teams, and support staff document web workflows. After you explicitly start a capture, the extension records clicks, input, selections, scrolling, overlays, and navigation in sequence. It saves the currently visible page area for each step. When you finish, review the steps, add notes, and export either a single-page HTML report or a ZIP package containing structured JSON, an AI reading guide, and deduplicated screenshots. Open the web page you want to document. 2. Select Start capture from the extension popup or in-page control. 3. Complete the workflow normally. 4. Select Finish and review, then export the file you need. Privacy: Capture starts only after an explicit user action. Data is never automatically uploaded, sold, or shared. The user controls exported files. Automated redaction cannot cover every website, so review exports before sharing.
