AI Mode to PDF is a Chrome extension that saves your Google AI Mode chats as files. One click under any answer turns the whole conversation, every question and every reply, into a clean PDF with its headings, tables and links. 📥 Google removed the Export to Docs button from AI Mode, so copying by hand became the only way to keep a chat. Now you can export Google AI Mode to PDF in one click, and the arrow next to the button gives you other formats too. How to export Google AI Mode chat to PDF 1. Ask Google AI Mode a question and keep chatting. 2. Click PDF under any answer, next to the like buttons. 3. The whole chat downloads as a PDF, named after your first question. Google AI Mode export to Word and Docs A PDF is not always what you need. The menu next to the button offers more ways to take a chat with you: • Word file (.docx) you can edit and send • A new Google Doc with the chat pasted in • Preview of the chat before you download it • Formatted text for email, notes or a report • Markdown for note apps and AI tools Save the whole conversation, not one reply Many tools copy a single response and leave the rest of the thread behind. Here the file holds the full Google AI Mode conversation: each follow-up question becomes a heading, with the reply right under it. Long threads stay in order from the first question to the last. Tables, code and sources stay in place - comparison tables with every row and column - code blocks you can copy as is - math formulas that look like a textbook Pictures from the answer come along, and the file ends with a numbered list of sources with page titles and links. The PDF is real text, so you can search it, select a sentence and open every link.
