Bounded Socials – Pause Before Scrolling

Choose when to check social sites and pause before repeat visits.

Opened the same site again without meaning to? Bounded Socials pauses repeat visits so you can decide whether to continue. Choose which supported sites to use and set times to check them. Your first visit to each site during a social window opens normally, and the checklist marks it as visited. You can refresh, follow links and open more tabs on that site. The session ends when you close or leave its last tab. If you return after that, or open a site outside your windows, you get two choices: Back to my day or Continue intentionally. Both work immediately. You can also skip a site, or skip all remaining sites for the current window. Today shows your visits in separate lanes for each site, with exact times and session lengths. The toolbar gives you a compact overview, and History shows recent days. Session length and active viewing time are measured separately. Your settings and activity stay in your Chrome profile. No account is needed. The extension does not read your messages or posts, send your activity to the developer, or use analytics, advertising or cloud sync. It keeps up to 30 days of activity.
