WHAT IT DOES - Build a daily checklist for each medication or supplement, with its own dose, times of day, and active days - Get a gentle badge nudge on the extension icon when it's time to take something, without a loud popup interrupting you - Check off doses right from the popup and see your "taken this week" stats over the last 7 days at a glance - Set quiet hours so the badge nudge stays silent overnight or during meetings — your doses still log normally, the reminder just waits - Manage everything from a dedicated settings page: add, edit, or deactivate medications, adjust times, and pick which days each one applies to HOW IT WORKS Dose uses the browser's built-in alarm scheduling to check your medication times in the background and update a small badge counter on the toolbar icon. Open the popup to see today's checklist and mark doses as taken; open Settings to manage your medication list and quiet hours. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Dose makes no network calls and requests no host permissions — it only uses local browser storage and alarms. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no data ever leaves your device.
