A fast arcade-style count-up timer and tally counter with local statistics and satisfying milestone effects.

Arcade Counter Timer brings a count-up timer and a tally counter to your toolbar, a floating window on a web page, or Chrome's side panel. SIX THEMES, ONE WORKFLOW Choose Space Age's ivory instruments, Arcade's neon, Editorial's black and white, Steampunk's moving split flaps, Art Deco's emerald and gold, or Nixie's glowing glass tubes. All themes share the same timer, counter and records. Materials and fonts are bundled for offline use. UNDO MORE THAN ONCE An accidental count is easy to fix. Press UNDO repeatedly to remove retained COUNT operations in reverse order. The count and its original day's statistics are corrected together, without rewinding the timer. Undo remains available after closing a view or restarting Chrome. New counts add new steps. Timer, count and session resets clear undo history; start/stop and theme changes keep it. An older version's single saved undo can be carried forward, but older operations cannot be reconstructed from totals. TIME AND COUNT START and STOP control a count-up timer that stays correct past 100 hours and keeps its place when the view closes. COUNT adds exactly one per input. Optional sounds and brief milestone effects add a little momentum. Use the gear button for TODAY, WEEK, MONTH and YEAR totals, the current-time clock and effect settings. CHOOSE WHERE IT LIVES Use the toolbar popup, drag and lock a compact floating timer, or keep Chrome's side panel open. To place the floating timer on another page, invoke the extension there. Chrome settings, the Web Store and other protected pages cannot host it. Timer, count and statistics stay synchronized across views. KEYBOARD AND RESETS Enter starts/stops, Space counts and holding R resets the session while the timer view has focus. Tab to UNDO and use Space or Enter to undo. Reset buttons require a hold; a brief click does nothing. Resets preserve accumulated statistics but clear undo history. CLEAR ALL DATA requires confirmation. Reduced-motion settings are respected. YOUR RECORDS STAY LOCAL Normal updates of the same extension retain records and settings. A short NEW FEATURE notice appears once after an update. Update the existing extension rather than uninstalling it: uninstalling removes local data. No account, advertising, analytics, cloud sync, remote code or runtime network requests. Storage saves your records locally. activeTab and scripting place the floating UI only when you invoke it; sidePanel opens Chrome's side panel. No persistent site permissions are requested, and page text, forms and browsing history are not extracted. Free and open source. Basic control labels are in English.
