Access your Mindsay knowledge base from any site

Mindsay Agent Portal puts your knowledge base one click away, without leaving the ticketing tool you already work in. A floating button, or a keyboard shortcut, opens a side panel where you can: • Search the knowledge base, or only the section you are in • Browse each section as a tree, sub-articles included • Read a full article, with a link back to its parent article • Read in your own language: set a reading language once, switch any article to another language, and see when an article is not yet available in yours • Favorite an article and find it again in one click • Report missing or outdated content as feedback • Rate how useful an article was • Copy an article, or its public Help Center link, to share with a customer Ctrl+Shift+K (⌘+Shift+K on Mac) opens the panel with the cursor in the search box, and closes it again. You can change it at chrome://extensions/shortcuts. Keys you type in the panel stay in the panel: the page's own shortcuts never fire while you search. The panel resizes, docks to whichever side you prefer, and keeps your place as you move between browser tabs. Requires a Mindsay account. Sign-in goes through your organisation's usual identity provider — the extension never sees your password and stores no access token.
