Prompt Organizer Companion

Insert saved prompts, expand /shortcuts, and capture prompts into Prompt Organizer on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.

Save and reuse prompts on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. Allow access to the sites you choose, then capture a composer draft, the first sent user message, or the latest assistant response. The popup saves each capture to My prompts and shows a preview. Your pinned and recent prompts stay close at hand, with Copy and a More menu for Pin, Edit, and confirmed Delete. View all opens the side panel; Continue in Prompt Organizer sends a reviewed capture to the full app only when you choose it. Use the side panel to search, sort, edit, and pin your local prompts, review duplicate updates, undo supported changes, and import or export backups. Stage holds temporary text separately from My prompts, with Insert, Copy, and Remove actions. A floating launcher brings prompt search, previews, variables, and insertion into the chat page. Its capture controls add text to Stage without saving it to My prompts. Assign /shortcuts to expand prompts as you type, use Chrome keyboard shortcuts to open Companion or capture a draft, search with the po address-bar keyword, or save selected text from Chrome's context menu. Companion settings controls site access, launcher visibility, shortcut behavior, and Default or Terminal appearance. Quick settings in the side panel handles pairing, backups, remembered values, and your optional Library API key. The Catalog tab browses public items from library.promptorganizer.app. Search, filter, copy, insert, or save an item while preserving its kind and structured content. Add a Library API key to browse your private hosted items. Catalog access requires a connection; your saved extension library remains local and separate from the full app's library. Paired app transfers require explicit approval. Open the full Prompt Organizer app for Prompt Builder, tags, vault backups, share links, file-to-context tools, Markdown rendering, and token estimation. No account is required for Companion's local features or public Catalog browsing.
