Overview
Corporate mailboxes only on work browsers. Blocks personal Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Outlook.com, Google Drive, and webmail.
Brizy Insights helps organizations ensure that managed browsers are used only with approved corporate email accounts—not personal inboxes. On workstations and shared computers, users may sign in to personal Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Outlook.com, or other consumer email services alongside corporate accounts. In Google Workspace environments, work and personal accounts can even share the same websites, such as mail.google.com. Brizy Insights enforces your organization's policy by allowing approved corporate accounts while blocking personal email accounts. Key Features Detects personal email account usage, including consumer Gmail accounts (such as @gmail.com) Allows approved corporate accounts, including Google Workspace and administrator-approved domains Blocks access to personal webmail services where required by policy Displays a clear on-screen message explaining when access is blocked Supports per-user and per-device policy enforcement when used with the Brizy Insights endpoint agent Who It's For Brizy Insights is designed for: Organizations managing employee workstations or shared computers IT and security teams enforcing a "work email only" policy Google Workspace environments where personal Google accounts are not permitted on managed devices Who It's Not For Brizy Insights is not intended for: Personal or home devices without organizational management Replacing Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), or network filtering solutions How It Works Your organization defines its email access policy, including: Approved corporate email domains Blocked personal webmail services User-facing block messages The Brizy Insights Chrome extension enforces these policies on managed browsers. For Google services such as Gmail and Google Sign-In, Brizy Insights evaluates the account being used—not just the website. This allows approved Google Workspace accounts while blocking personal Gmail accounts, even though both use the same Google domains. Setup Install Brizy Insights (typically force-installed by your IT administrator). Configure approved corporate domains and email access policies through Brizy Insights. Users sign in with approved work accounts. Attempts to access personal email accounts are blocked and accompanied by an explanatory message. Privacy Brizy Insights is designed for organizational policy enforcement on managed work devices. It processes only the account and website context necessary to determine whether access complies with your organization's policy. Organizations should deploy Brizy Insights with appropriate employee notification and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Support End Users If you need access to a blocked email account or believe you require an exception, contact your IT administrator. Administrators For deployment, configuration, or technical support, contact the Brizy Insights support team. By using Brizy Insights on a managed work device, you acknowledge that access to personal webmail services may be restricted in accordance with your organization's acceptable use policy.
