Garmin Coach to MyWhoosh
Overview
Export Garmin Coach cycling workouts as .zwo files for the MyWhoosh Workout Builder — no manual rebuilding required.
Export your Garmin Coach cycling workouts to the MyWhoosh Workout Builder as .zwo files — no manual rebuilding. How it works 1. Open connect.garmin.com/app/training-plan and click a workout in your plan. 2. Click the 🚴 GC→MW button in the bottom-right corner of the page. Its counter shows how many workouts were read. 3. Click ⬇ .zwo next to a workout. The file is saved to Downloads and the MyWhoosh Workout Builder opens with your FTP pre-filled. 4. In MyWhoosh, import the .zwo file. Done. Features • Floating button on Garmin Coach pages with a live workout counter that pulses when new workouts are found. • Cycling only: running, swimming and other workouts are ignored. • Multisport workouts: only the bike legs are exported, with the bike duration shown. • Keeps structure, intervals, repeats, power targets and durations (warmup, cooldown, steady, repeat groups, free ride). • Edit power targets before exporting. • Workout history: re-export workouts you opened before. • FTP read from Garmin and pre-filled in MyWhoosh. Set your own value if it differs. Notes • Workouts that use heart-rate targets instead of power are exported as free-ride steps with the correct duration. • If the button doesn't appear, refresh the Garmin page. If it still doesn't, reload the extension on your browser's Extensions page, then refresh again. Privacy Everything stays in your browser. Nothing is sent to any external server, and there is no analytics or tracking. Feedback: github.com/ivo08/dev-garmin-coach-to-mywhoosh/issues
