dSign lets you digitally sign PDF, Word, and Excel documents directly in your browser — no downloading, signing offline, and re-uploading. SIGNING METHODS • Smart card / USB token (PKCS#11) — cryptographic signature with your physical certificate • Cloud signing providers (Cloud Signature Consortium / CSC) — sign from any device, no hardware needed • Organization-level signing (Click To Sign) — for internal workflows • Specimen — visual-only signature stamp for drafts and internal use KEY FEATURES • One-click signing directly on any page showing a PDF • Print-to-Sign — print from Word, Excel, or any Windows application straight into the signing window, via a virtual printer installed alongside the dSign app • Bulk signing — sign every document in a folder in one operation • Word & Excel document signing (converted to PDF, then signed) • Customizable visual signature appearance (image, text, placement) • PAdES-B / PAdES-T / PAdES-LTA signature levels, including long-term archival validation • Works with document management systems (automatic upload of the signed file back into the system) IDENTITY VERIFICATION (KYC/AML) • For organizations that enable it: verify who signed a document by extracting the signer's certificate from an already-signed PDF — processed entirely on your own computer, the PDF is never uploaded, only the certificate found inside it • Optional proof-of-possession check — the person being verified signs a purpose-built confirmation document with their own certificate, the same way any other document is signed, proving they control the matching private key • Used solely to support the identity-verification decision an authorized employee of your organization makes; dSign presents the underlying facts and never itself decides "verified" or "rejected" dSign requires a dSign account, provided by your organization's administrator. It is built for organizations that need eIDAS-aligned advanced/qualified electronic signatures as part of their document workflows.
