Follow professional Counter-Strike 2 without leaving the page you're on. CS2 Match Tracker lives in Chrome's side panel, so scores sit beside your work instead of stealing a tab. Open it once and it stays with you while you browse. WHAT YOU GET LIVE — every match in progress, with the current map score, which map of the series is being played, and how long it has been running. UPCOMING — the schedule ahead, each with a live countdown so you know exactly how long until first blood. RESULTS — recently finished matches with the winner highlighted, for catching up on what you missed overnight. FOLLOW YOUR TEAMS Click any team name to follow it. Followed teams are highlighted wherever they appear, and you can have Chrome notify you when: - a team you follow goes live, or - their match is about to start (5, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes ahead — your choice) The toolbar icon carries a badge showing how many matches are live right now, so a glance is enough. BEFORE YOU INSTALL — YOU'LL NEED A FREE API KEY Match data comes from PandaScore, an esports data provider. To keep your data yours, the extension talks to PandaScore directly using your own free API key rather than routing anything through a middleman server. Setting it up takes about two minutes: 1. Create a free account at pandascore.co 2. Copy your token from the PandaScore dashboard 3. Paste it into the extension's Settings and click Save & test The free tier is 1,000 requests per hour. This extension uses roughly 90 per hour at its default refresh rate, so you will not come close to the limit. Until you add a key, the panel runs on clearly-labelled sample data with fictional teams, so you can see exactly how it looks before signing up for anything. BUILT TO STAY OUT OF THE WAY - Refreshes on a schedule you set, from every minute to every 15 minutes, and always the moment you open the panel. - No content scripts. The extension cannot read, modify or even see the pages you visit — it only talks to the PandaScore API. - No analytics, no tracking, no accounts, no ads. - No web fonts or external assets, so the panel loads instantly and makes no requests beyond the match data itself. PRIVACY Your API key and preferences are stored locally in your browser using chrome.storage. Your key is sent to exactly one place — PandaScore's API, to fetch match data. Nothing is sent anywhere else, and nothing is collected, logged or shared. There is no server behind this extension. REQUIREMENTS Chrome 116 or newer (the side panel API).
