Save the videos, photos, audio and documents you're already looking at — in one click. Grablet is a free video downloader and media saver for your browser. Browse normally; it quietly notices what a page has loaded and lists it behind one small button. Pick what you want, click Save, and it lands in your Downloads folder — named properly and filed by website. WHERE IT WORKS Grablet comes ready for the major social and messaging sites, and it understands what those pages are actually made of: reels and feed videos, photo carousels, galleries, status media and chat attachments — saved at the size the page loaded, not as a thumbnail. It works on most other websites too. Switch it on for a site and it saves whatever that page has loaded. Pro can save the original-quality track (.m4a) instead, including from longer videos • Settings of your own — where files land and how much contrast the dark theme has — kept in your browser's synced storage, so a second computer starts where the first left off • Name saved files your own way with a template, everywhere or per site (Pro) • Save just a part of a video, cut at a keyframe without re-encoding, or as an animated GIF (Pro) • Save straight into your own OneDrive or Google Drive with a share link (Pro), or hand a file to WhatsApp Web or Telegram Web for your phone • Record this tab, for a player nothing can fetch: what plays in the tab is recorded and saved like any other file. Never on YouTube or a DRM-protected service (Pro) • Evidence mode, for journalists and archivists: a small record saved beside each file with where it came from, when, and the file's SHA-256 fingerprint, so you can show later exactly what you saved and that it has not changed since (Pro) • Best available quality, chosen for you — never downgraded • Real filenames, filed by site, instead of CDN gibberish • Long videos are written to disk as they arrive rather than held in memory, so a file of several hundred megabytes comes out whole • When a stream you save carries subtitles, they come along as an .srt file beside the video, where every desktop player finds them on its own • On a site you switch it on for, a click on the video opens the video and not an unwanted background tab — it stays off everywhere until you turn it on for that one site • Works with content behind your own login: it saves what your browser has already loaded, nothing more • Free and unlimited. No account to create, no analytics, no telemetry, no identifiers. The only thing Grablet fetches from grablet.app on its own is the licence revocation list, once a day, with nothing about you attached. WHAT GRABLET WILL NOT DO It does not work on YouTube, and it cannot save from DRM-protected services such as Netflix, Spotify or Disney+.
