Overview
VidWiz saves timestamped YouTube moments with your notes and optional AI lines, so you can return to the source.
Save the YouTube moment you want to come back to. Press Alt+S while watching, or open VidWiz and choose Save moment. Keep the example from a tutorial, the explanation from a lecture, or the passage from a long interview, with its video and timestamp ready to revisit. Add a personal note about why it matters. Your moment can also include a transcript quote and an optional AI-generated line. In the extension: • Save moments from YouTube videos and Shorts. • See your moments for the current video. • Play from a timestamp with a five-second lead-in. • Add or edit notes and delete moments after confirming. • Choose whether a save includes an AI line, and see your account and credit status. Open vidwiz.online for your library, search across moments and transcripts, questions about a video or your library, timestamped overviews, and export. Sign in at vidwiz.online with Google or email and password to connect the extension. Alt+S can be changed in Chrome. Saving without AI is free. An AI line uses 1 credit and requires an available transcript. Generated text can take time to appear; check it against the video.
