Reddit doesn't tell you when it removes your post. Unfamiliar does. Unfamiliar watches your own Reddit posts, alerts you the moment one is removed by a filter or a moderator, even when it still looks live to you, and helps you keep your posting within sensible limits so it stops happening. It's built to help you follow Reddit's rules and each subreddit's rules, not to get around them: it detects, warns, and explains, and it never automates. It also keeps the performance history Reddit throws away: score, comments, upvote ratio, and views over time. Everything runs in your browser, on your own logged-in session. Nothing posts, votes, or acts on your behalf. Free to use, no account, no login. REMOVAL ALERTS • Know when a tracked post is removed, and by what: "Removed by Reddit's filters", removed by AutoModerator, or removed by a moderator. • Catch silent removals, the post-level shadowban: posts that still look live to you but are gone for everyone else. Unfamiliar checks whether the post is publicly visible, the same way a shadowban checker would by opening it in a private window, and tells you if it isn't. • Shadowban check: see at a glance whether your account is visible to others, with a Check now button. If it isn't, you'll know within hours instead of weeks. • A desktop notification the moment it happens, so you can fix the post, ask the mods, or move on, instead of finding out days later. • An Alerts feed right on Reddit, in the tracker panel, and a Safety view in the library with every event, what it means, what to do, and which subreddits are removing your posts. STAY WITHIN THE LIMITS • Pacing guard: before you post, see how many posts you've made in the last hour and the last day. It warns you at 4 per hour and 12 per day, and warns harder at 6 and 18. Posting in bursts is what gets accounts filtered. • Caution mode: after a moderator or AutoModerator removal, the soft limits become hard for 24 hours. If Reddit's filters remove a post, or a second post is removed, Quick Post pauses for 48 hours with a countdown. You stay in control: the guard warns, it never blocks. • Repost guardrails: a warning if you've posted this content to the same sub recently, or ever, and if you're reusing an exact title. TRACK YOUR POSTS • One-click tracking: hit "Track" on any of your posts and snapshots start immediately, on a schedule you set (every 15–60 minutes). • A live on-page panel: sparklines, per-hour velocity, and your follower count, right on Reddit. No tab-switching, no spreadsheets. KNOW WHAT WORKS • Content library: every repost of the same link is grouped into one card with total upvotes, comments, real views, where it landed, and which subs it hasn't reached yet. The extension reads only your own posts and the insights Reddit already shows you as the author. The only exceptions are the logged-out checks: it fetches a single post, and your own profile page, without your session, to see whether they're publicly visible, exactly what anyone opening the link would see. It never posts, votes, comments, or takes any action on your behalf. There is no OAuth, no Reddit API key, and no automation.
