Privacy and site access You choose which hotel websites HotelXray can access. HotelXray does not collect your hotel account credentials, full payment card details, or browsing activity from unrelated websites. Reading your bookings is off until you allow it. After that, when you open a booking on a supported hotel website, HotelXray reads the booking details the page has loaded (hotel, dates, room, rate, guests, price or points, cancellation terms, and confirmation number) so you can start monitoring. It never collects your name, contact details, loyalty number, or payment information. HotelXray processes account information, alert and monitoring settings, the booking details it reads, and feature usage data to operate and improve the service.
