Miracue - Free Teleprompter for Video Calls

A teleprompter beside your call, or floating over it. Follows your voice, on your device.

Miracue puts a teleprompter in Chrome's side panel, so your script sits beside your call instead of covering it. Or float it: pin the script in a small window that stays on top of everything, including the Zoom and Teams desktop apps. Paste what you are about to say, press Read, and the words scroll at a speed you set. Turn the microphone on and it follows your voice instead. Speech recognition runs on your own machine and moves the script at the pace you actually speak, so you can pause, ad-lib or go back a line without touching anything. WHAT IT DOES · Reads in the side panel, beside whatever tab you are working in · Floats: press the pin and the script sits in a small window on top of your call. Drag it up under your camera · Follows your voice, or scrolls at a fixed speed you control · Text size, line spacing and margins you can set · Keeps your recent scripts on this computer · Signs in to miracue.app if you want the scripts already in your library there ONLY YOU SEE IT The people on your call see your camera, not your screen. If you share your screen, share the window or tab, not your whole screen, and the prompter stays out of the share. FLOATING Floating needs a free Miracue account and includes three floating calls. Pro floats on every call. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO · Reading in the side panel needs no account, and it has no trial clock. · It does not send your audio anywhere. Recognition happens in the browser, on your machine. · It does not watermark anything. WHERE YOUR SCRIPT GOES Anything you paste into the panel is stored in your browser, on this computer. If you sign in with a miracue.app account, the panel can also open the scripts already in that account. Nothing else leaves your machine. The first time you switch the microphone on, the panel downloads the speech model it needs, which is about 63 MB. That happens once, and after it the voice following works with no network at all.
