Display country flags and account metadata next to usernames on X/Twitter

See where X/Twitter accounts are based, at a glance. X Flags shows country flags and account age next to usernames on X.com, in feeds, replies, search results, lists and profiles, so you can quickly see where an account is based and how long it has existed. FEATURES: 🌍 Country flag from X's "Account based in" information 📱 "Connected via" flag (the app store region X reports) 🎨 Highlight when those two are different countries ⚠️ X's VPN/proxy warning, when X shows one 📅 Year the account joined (hover for the month and how many times the username has changed, when X provides it) 🔒 Protected account indicator 🚫 Suspended or unavailable accounts HOW IT WORKS: • A small 🌐 icon appears next to usernames • Hover over it, click it, or focus it and press Enter to load that account's info • Every mention of that account on the page updates at once • Info is requested from X using your own signed-in session, the same way X's "About this account" page loads it • Results are saved in your browser: up to 30 days for accounts with data, and shorter for accounts with no data yet, so those are checked again • If X temporarily limits lookups, the icon shows ⏳ and the time you can try again POP-UP SETTINGS (click the extension icon): • Display options: choose which items appear next to usernames • Cache statistics: number of saved profiles and storage used • Export / import your saved data as JSON • Clear cache • Debug mode for troubleshooting USE CASES: • Get context on accounts in a conversation • Notice accounts whose location details don't line up • See the geographic mix of who's taking part in a discussion PRIVACY: • No analytics, tracking or telemetry • Nothing is sent to the developer or to any third party; the extension talks only to x.com • Everything it stores stays in your browser's local storage • Runs only on x.com and twitter.com • Source code is available on GitHub NOTES: • You need to be signed in to X • Location info only appears for accounts where X itself provides "Account based in" details • Flags show what X reports. They are a hint, not proof of where someone actually is
