Source candidates from LinkedIn straight into your Talented ATS. Open the side panel on a LinkedIn profile and click Capture — the extension pulls in the candidate's name, headline, email, location, and current company, ready for you to review and edit. Optionally assign them to an open job and add notes, then save. The candidate appears in Talented immediately, and anyone already in your ATS is flagged so you never create a duplicate. Connecting takes one click. If you're signed in to Talented in the same browser, the extension pairs with your existing session — no API keys to copy or paste. Requires a Talented account on the Starter plan or above. Built for fractional HR leaders and talent agencies sourcing across multiple client companies.
