Benaiah — Meeting Intelligence

Benaiah Meeting Intelligence gives authorised sales professionals one useful next move while a Zoom conversation is happening. When the user deliberately starts coaching and confirms the participant notice, Zoom Realtime Media Streams sends speaker-attributed transcript text directly to the Benaiah service. The side panel shows verified transcript moments, conversation metrics and conservative coaching prompts. The extension does not capture the microphone, camera, browser tab or raw meeting audio. It does not request browsing-history permission. After a user opens the extension, it reads only the active Zoom tab URL to prefill the meeting ID. Transcript text is retained for up to 30 days by default; post-call reviews and ratings are retained for up to 90 days; residual call metadata and content-free RTMS proof are deleted after 365 days. CRM actions are never automatic and remain unavailable until a separately configured, tenant-scoped integration is enabled.
