Overview

Software WebAuthn/FIDO2 virtual authenticator that emulates passkey registration and login for Salesforce testing.

Glen-Pass — Passkey Testing for Salesforce Glen-Pass is a developer and QA tool for testing passkey (WebAuthn / FIDO2) login on Salesforce. It lets your team register and sign in with passkeys across Salesforce orgs and sandboxes without needing a physical security key, a phone, or a biometric prompt — so you can validate passwordless authentication flows quickly and repeatably. Purpose-built for Salesforce admins, developers, and QA teams rolling out or testing passwordless login. WHY GLEN-PASS FOR SALESFORCE Testing passkeys on Salesforce normally means juggling hardware keys, phones, and QR scans for every test user and every sandbox. That's slow and hard to automate. Glen-Pass removes that friction: it acts as a passkey authenticator inside Chrome, so you can enroll and log in as any test user on any Salesforce environment in seconds. * Test passkey enrollment and login on Production, Full, Partial, and Developer sandboxes. * Switch between test users without carrying a drawer full of security keys. * Reproduce and debug Salesforce passwordless login issues consistently. KEY FEATURES * Passkey login for Salesforce — register and authenticate on Salesforce and My Domain / sandbox login pages without external devices. * Every sandbox stays separate — passkeys are organized automatically by Salesforce domain, so each org and sandbox keeps its own set of credentials. * Multiple test users per org — store several passkeys for one Salesforce environment and choose which user is "active" for the next login. Switch identities in a click. * Friendly labels — name each passkey after its Salesforce test user (for example, "System Admin", "Sales Rep", "Read-only") to keep environments tidy. * Share test credentials with the team — export a passkey (or all of them) to a file and import it into another tester's browser, so everyone can log in as the same Salesforce test user. * Live sign counter — watch each credential's signature counter increase on every Salesforce login. * Clean, interactive panel — search, group by org, set active, rename, export, and delete from one popup. * Works alongside real passkeys — if you try to log in where Glen-Pass has no stored credential (for example, a passkey on your phone), it steps aside so Salesforce's normal cross-device / QR login still works. TYPICAL USE CASES * QA and regression testing of Salesforce passwordless / passkey login. * Validating My Domain and sandbox passkey enrollment before a production rollout. * Automated and manual test runs where physical security keys are impractical. * Demonstrating Salesforce passkey login in training and sandbox environments. * Sharing a known Salesforce test identity across a QA team. PRIVACY * All passkeys are stored locally in your own browser profile. * Nothing is sent to any server. There is no account, no telemetry, and no backend. * Credentials are only shared when you explicitly export and share the file yourself. IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ Glen-Pass is a testing and QA tool for Salesforce environments. It is not a replacement for a hardware security key or a platform passkey on production accounts. * Use it with Salesforce test users and sandbox / non-production credentials. * Because passkeys in Glen-Pass can be exported and shared, they do not carry a real passkey's "cannot leave the device" protection. Do not use it for accounts you cannot afford to have copied. * Stored credentials live in your local browser profile. Anyone with access to that profile can read or export them, so use Glen-Pass only on machines and profiles you trust. * Glen-Pass cannot copy passkeys that live in hardware keys or in a phone's secure storage — those are non-extractable by design. By installing Glen-Pass you acknowledge it is a testing tool for Salesforce passkey flows. SUPPORT Questions, issues, or feedback? Reach the developer through the support link on this listing.
