Retired. Meeting recording has moved to the CraftNote desktop app.

CraftNote Meeting Recorder is retired, and this version exists to tell you so and point you to its replacement. What it does: click the toolbar icon and it opens a short notice explaining that CraftNote meeting recording has moved to the CraftNote desktop app, with a link to download the desktop app and a link to open your existing CraftNote notes. Pressing the extension's old keyboard shortcut shows the same notice as a system notification. That is its entire functionality. What it does not do: it does not record audio, capture tabs or meetings, transcribe anything, read page content, or collect any data. It requests a single permission, notifications, used only to display the notice described above. It requests no host permissions and runs no content scripts, so it has no access to any website. Where meeting recording went: the CraftNote desktop app for Mac and Windows records Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls with live transcripts and AI summaries. Nothing has been deleted. You can remove this extension from your toolbar at any time.
