Set a daily time limit on X. Active viewing is measured; scrolling is blocked when the cap is reached. You can lift it yourself.
X OFF helps you choose how much time you spend on X. Features: - Set a daily time cap from 1 to 600 minutes - Only active viewing time is counted. Background tabs and minimized windows don't add to your total - When you hit the limit, a full-screen overlay blocks scrolling on X - Elapsed time accumulates as a daily total (starting at midnight local time) and resets automatically when the date changes - No data leaves your browser. Everything is stored locally How to use: 1. Install the extension 2. The setup page opens automatically — enter how many minutes you want to allow yourself per day 3. Open X and use it as usual 4. When you hit the limit, take a break — the timer resets automatically when the date changes 5. From the toolbar icon you can change the limit or manually reset the timer Privacy: This extension does not transmit any information externally. Your time limit and elapsed time stay inside your browser and are never shared with third parties. See the privacy policy for details.
