Overview
Save images, videos and AI prompts from X (Twitter) to local Eagle. Keep post context and create share cards.
X to Eagle saves images, videos and creative prompts from X (Twitter) to your local Eagle library. Collect inspiration, organize assets and keep their sources together. Built for designers, illustrators, photographers and AI creators. Key features 1. Save directly from X to Eagle Open the capture panel from a post's action bar, preview and select images or videos, then choose Eagle folders and tags. Save post text and author replies as asset notes, with editing before saving. 2. Organize bookmarks and likes Sync X bookmarks and likes on demand from the dashboard and cache them locally in your browser. Organize and search by folders, tags or keywords. Ordinary X browsing does not record likes or bookmarks in the background. 3. Create post share cards Turn post text, media and selected replies into image cards. Choose themes, aspect ratios, text sizes, QR codes, watermarks and identity privacy options. Copy images, download PNG files or save cards to Eagle. Posts without images can also become cards. 4. View today's saves Use the side panel to review content saved to Eagle through the extension today, return to the original post or copy its text. 5. Capture from other web pages Save images or page bookmarks to Eagle through the context menu. Scan and select images on non-X pages too. Four interface languages Supports Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean and English, and remembers your language preference. Original post content is not automatically translated. Requirements Saving to Eagle requires Eagle to be installed and running on the same computer, with access to its local API on port 41595. Bookmark management and share-card copying or downloading can be used independently. Reading X bookmarks and likes requires a valid signed-in session. Media availability and quality depend on the source; 4K or original quality is not guaranteed for every video. Data and privacy Assets, organization metadata, save history and preferences are stored locally in your browser. Authenticated X request templates may also persist locally to resume sync and are used for requests to X. Functional requests go to X, media sources and local Eagle. Captured content is not uploaded to a content collection server operated by this project. You do not need to enter your X password into the extension. Data is not sold or used for advertising. See the privacy policy for details. X to Eagle is an independent, unofficial extension, not affiliated with or endorsed by X or Eagle. Content belongs to its original authors. Respect author licenses, platform terms and applicable law.
