X Remark is a local-first Chrome extension for adding private remarks and tags to X/Twitter users. It lets you add notes, aliases, and tags directly from X user profiles and tweet author areas. Your remarks are displayed inline on X and can also be searched, filtered, and edited from the extension side panel. All remark data is stored locally in IndexedDB by default. The current version also includes a reserved “Sign in with X” entry for future cloud sync support.
