Lost some icons

Hi,
First of all thanks for making this great extension, I'm a big fan of it. Unfortunately I have a problem, I lost some of the pictures of the icons. I added the url's of the pictures I wanted to appear, but now some of them are gone and it also isn't possible to add new pictures. Can you help me fix it?

No longer works on Google Chrome

I love this extension, but unfortunately nothing works on Google Chrome anymore. Are you changing that again or is there no longer an update?
