X Copy Tweet as Markdown is a lightweight browser extension that turns X (Twitter) tweets into clean Markdown with a single action. Copy tweets as properly formatted Markdown (including author and links), optionally download images to your computer and embed them as local file:// image links, and handle quoted tweets with a clear separator and blockquote formatting. It’s especially handy for note-taking workflows: you can copy a tweet and paste it directly into Obsidian to save highlights, references, and screenshots in your knowledge base.
