X Broadcast Metrics
Overview
Live viewer tracking, peak stats, rate analysis, sparklines, and session history for X broadcasts.
Track live viewer counts, peak audiences, and growth rate on X (Twitter) broadcasts — all in a lightweight floating widget that stays out of your way. Whether you host broadcasts, study audience behavior, or just like watching the numbers tick, X Broadcast Metrics gives you real-time visibility that the X interface doesn't. WHAT IT DOES A small, draggable widget appears on every X broadcast page you visit, showing: • Live viewer count (animated) • Peak viewers this session • Change since last update • Growth rate over the last 1, 5, and 10 minutes • Mini sparkline charts of every metric • Session duration and sample count DASHBOARD Click the toolbar icon to open a full dashboard with every broadcast you've tracked — sortable by peak viewers, broadcaster, time, or sample count. Search across broadcasters and broadcast IDs. Live sessions are highlighted. ALERTS & NOTIFICATIONS Set up custom alert rules that fire during a broadcast so you never miss a key moment: • Trigger on the metric you care about — viewer count, growth rate per 1 / 5 / 10 minutes, and more — crossing a threshold you set • Add as many alert rules as you like, each with its own target value • Target specific broadcasters, so an alert only fires for the accounts you're watching • Every alert plays a sound (choose from several) and shows a banner on the widget • Configurable banner duration and cooldown — fire once per session or on a timer, so you're never spammed • Add an optional custom note that shows in the widget and in your notification TELEGRAM NOTIFICATIONS (OPTIONAL) • Receive a Telegram message the moment any alert fires — includes the broadcaster name and a direct link to the broadcast • Connect your own personal Telegram bot in about a minute, then send a test message to confirm it's working • Everything runs through your own bot, so your alerts stay private to you • Disabled by default — enable it only if you want it CUSTOMIZE • 6 themes (Dark, Light, Neon, Ocean, Transparent, Ghost) • 3 view modes (normal, compact, wide) • Sparkline smoothing and curve options • Configurable default chart, time range, and metric • Optional tick sound on every viewer update • Previous-day overlay so you can compare today's growth against yesterday at the same time of day EXPORT One-click CSV or JSON export of all your collected data. Take it into a spreadsheet or your own analysis pipeline. PRIVACY • All broadcast data and settings are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's built-in storage — no developer server, no analytics, no tracking, no account required • The only time data ever leaves your device is if you personally enable Telegram notifications, in which case alert messages are sent to Telegram's Bot API through your own personal bot • Full details in the privacy policy PERMISSIONS • Runs on x.com to read the same public broadcast viewer data that X already shows you • Contacts api.telegram.org only when you enable Telegram notifications, to deliver alerts to your own bot • Nothing is sold, monetized, or shared with the developer HOW TO USE 1. Pin the extension to your toolbar (recommended) 2. Visit any live X broadcast 3. The widget appears automatically — drag it where you want 4. Click the toolbar icon any time to open the full dashboard Built for broadcasters, social-media managers, researchers, and anyone curious about audience dynamics on X.
