X Archive Analyzer
Overview
Analyze your X data archive, review accounts not following back, and enrich public profile and relationship information on demand.
X Archive Analyzer is a browser extension designed to work with the X Archive Analyzer web app. It helps users analyze their own X data archive and organize scattered following relationships into a clear, searchable list—saving time otherwise spent scrolling through pages and checking accounts one by one. Key features: • Read public avatars, usernames, display names, and bios on request • Check the current following status of an account • Identify differences between archived data and the current relationship status • Review and manage following relationships one account at a time • Run optional background profile-loading and account-management queues • Configure the waiting-time range between queued accounts • View background progress or stop an operation from the extension toolbar • Available in English, Simplified Chinese, and Vietnamese Why the extension is required: Due to browser same-origin security restrictions, a regular website cannot read public profile information rendered inside a signed-in X page, determine the current following status, or manage a separate X working window. This extension performs those tasks only after an explicit user action and returns the results to the companion web app. Privacy and data handling: • X data archives are parsed locally by the web app in the user’s browser • The extension does not upload data archives, passwords, cookies, or direct messages • X login credentials are never read or exported • X pages are accessed only when the user requests profile enrichment or account management • Public profile data and background queue state are stored locally in the user’s browser Risk notice: This extension reads profiles and manages following relationships through browser pages rather than the official X API. Frequent profile visits or repeated relationship changes may trigger X rate limits, identity verification, or account restrictions. The extension provides serial queues, configurable delays, and circuit-breaker protection, but cannot eliminate platform risk. Users are encouraged to open profiles and confirm actions manually whenever possible. This extension requires the companion X Archive Analyzer web app. Before using it, make sure you are signed in to X in the same Chrome browser.
