Wynko Focus Lock

Blocks distracting sites during your Wynko focus sessions and syncs status with Wynko.

Wynko Focus Lock is a browser-based distraction blocker designed for focused study sessions. During a focus block, you choose which sites and apps to block—either via a blacklist (block specific distractions, keep everything else) or a whitelist (allow only your study sites, block the rest). The extension enforces the block at the network level, syncs with your Wynko study dashboard in real time, and includes an optional anti-adult-content filter. Key features: - Blacklist or whitelist blocking modes—choose what works for you - Scheduled focus sessions with repeating weekly schedules - "Pause for a Cause" unlock gate—every session requires a deliberate choice before you can unlock - Optional 150-character unlock code (free, once per session) or emergency paid unlock - YouTube-aware rules—block YouTube entirely or allow only whitelisted channels - Anti-adult-content filter (off by default, user-toggled) - Real-time sync with your Wynko account - Works with Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera, and Vivaldi Permissions explained: The extension needs broad host permissions (http://* and https://*) to redirect your chosen blocked sites to the focus page during active sessions. It only uses these permissions when a block is active. Built for serious students, compatible with anyone who wants focused time.
