WTab v0.6.5 Release Notes Welcome to WTab version 0.6.5! This release gives light mode a design of its own instead of borrowing dark mode's, adds a consistent dropdown across the app, and redesigns the habit widget. Light Mode - **A real light theme**: Panels, borders, inputs, overlays and scrollbars now have their own light-mode values, with softer, cool-tinted shadows. - **Readable secondary text**: Muted labels and hints were far too faint against light backgrounds. The whole scale has been rebalanced. - **No more dark flash**: Opening a new tab in light mode used to flash dark before the theme loaded. The theme is now resolved before the page paints. - **Panels have edges again**: Cards, buttons and inputs were drawing their borders in the same colour as their fill, leaving them edgeless against a bright background. Fixes - **The accent colour picker works**: Picking an accent colour previously had no effect at all. Your choice now applies everywhere, and light mode falls back to a sensible default instead of an invisible white. - **Dropdowns are readable in dark mode**: Options in the habit and calendar settings were white text on a white background. Every dropdown has been replaced with a themed one that also opens above dialogs and flips upward near the bottom of the screen. - **Shortcuts land where you are**: New shortcuts always went to the last page. They now go on the page you are looking at, whenever there is room for them. - **Notepad cursor**: Clicking into a note sent the cursor to the end of the document. It now lands where you clicked, and the view scrolls to show it. - **Notepad edit hint**: The "click anywhere to edit" hint sat at the end of the document, often on top of a code block. It now stays pinned to the corner. Habit Widget - Redesigned to match the app's glass style rather than standing out as a solid blue card, and it now takes its colour from your accent colour. - Your progress fills the card, so a glance tells you how far along you are. - Cycle and reminder options are now translated.
