Extension not working

What happened to my extension for Chatsonic? I used this almost every day. Now its gone and it only allows me to open the desktop version. I have tried to remove and reinstall it but it is still not working.

Chatsonic chrome extension does not work

I try to use the writsonic chrome extension but asks me to sign in, but I am already signed in and the chrome app will not recognize it so I can´t use it. It is USELESS as far as I know, for this has been a recurrent problem since last 2023. Shame on you guys, really, to say the least. Stupidity at its height. My email, if you wish to purse a solution is in your files and I will never reccommend you

reply button in Gmail is not working

It seems like an issue with the reply button in Gmail. When I tried to click on it, a message popped up prompting you to sign up or login. However, when you clicked on the sign-up option, it redirected you to the new Writesonic website and showed that you had already signed in.

Chatsonic extension not working in gmail

I tried to click on the reply button as the video tutorial showed. but it popped up a message saying "You are not allowed to use this feature. Please upgrade your plan." Then I paid 15$ to update my plan. However it still shows the same message. I just want to try out this email writing function. With paid plan, it doesn't allowed. Then what plan do I need to buy. I thought this was a free version. Please help me with my issues here.

The Sign In button doesn't open anything

I have the extension but when I try to click on the Sign in button from any location the icon appears nothing happens. Nothing opens, just nothing happens. How can I use this extension if it won't let me even sign up to it?!

Chatsonic Chrome extension is blocking Pipedrive CRM support chat

Hi, When the Chatsonic Chrome extension is active it blocks the Pipedrive support chat popup so it is never seen. This have to be fixed ASAP.
