A rich-text notepad designed for marketers, content writers, copywriters, and editors who keep multiple drafts and reusable snippets in motion at the same time. MULTI-NOTE LIBRARY Create as many notes as you want. Each note auto-saves as you type. Search by title or content. Switch between notes from a sidebar. No save button — everything persists. SNIPPET LIBRARY Save reusable text, code, shortcodes, or HTML blocks as named snippets. Each snippet has a title, an optional abbreviation, and a content type (WordPress Shortcode, HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, or plain text). One-click copy to clipboard. /ABBREVIATION TEXT EXPANSION The killer feature for repetitive content work. Save a snippet with the abbreviation "cf7" containing your Contact Form 7 shortcode. Then in any note, type /cf7 and it auto-expands to the full shortcode. Works for any abbreviation: /cta, /sig, /meta-tags, /pricing, and so on. COMMON USES - Meta description templates (stop rewriting the same intro every post) - WordPress shortcodes (Elementor widgets, Contact Form 7 blocks) - CTA blocks (recurring sign-up boxes, affiliate disclaimers) - HTML snippets (schema markup, OG tags, structured data) - Boilerplate copy (about-us blurbs, author bios, footer text) - Frequently used email replies - Code snippets you paste into clients' sites RICH-TEXT EDITOR - Bold, italic, underline, strikethrough - Bullet and numbered lists - Find and replace (Ctrl+Shift+R) - Focus mode (Ctrl+Shift+F) — distraction-free editor - File open/save (.txt, .html, .md) - Print - Special characters and emoji picker - Date/time insert - Font family and font size pickers KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS - Alt+N opens the popup from anywhere in Chrome - Standard editor shortcuts (Cmd/Ctrl + B/I/U/Z/Y) LIGHT + DARK THEME Sun/moon toggle in the sidebar. Auto-saves your preference. Default is light. PRIVACY Notes and snippets are stored locally in chrome.storage.local. Nothing is sent to any external server. Works fully offline.
