WriteFlow AI is a writing assistant for your browser. It helps you write and reply in any text box, apply for jobs and keep track of your applications, and write clearer prompts for AI chat assistants. It uses your own AI provider key, so your text goes straight from your browser to the provider you choose. There is no WriteFlow account and no WriteFlow server. WRITE AND REPLY WHERE YOU TYPE Click the WriteFlow button beside a text box to rewrite, shorten, fix grammar, change the tone or translate. Describe what you want to say and get a draft that fits the page. When you reply to a post, comment or email, WriteFlow reads what you are answering, shows you what it read, and lets you edit it before anything is sent. Style settings help drafts sound like you. JOB ASSIST Add your CV once. On a job ad, press Read this job to see the role, what the employer needs and the salary at a glance. On an application form, one click fills in your details and attaches your CV, and you check every field before you submit. WriteFlow never submits for you. It can also draft answers to written questions, write a cover letter and give you a one-page apply guide, all based on what your CV really says. Your name and contact details are never sent to the AI. JOB TRACKER Every job you read, fill or apply to is added to your Job Tracker, on a board from Saved to Offer. When a confirmation page appears after you apply, WriteFlow asks whether you applied. It reminds you to follow up, gives you an interview prep checklist, and can draft follow-up and thank-you emails. Import or export a CSV file any time. Everything stays on your device. BETTER PROMPTS IN AI CHATS Click Improve beside the message box (or press Alt+Shift+I) and your AI rewrites your draft into a clearer prompt. Checks on your device point out missing details before you send, simple tasks such as arithmetic can run on your device, and model advice suggests a cheaper or stronger model from the ones you enabled. AI SESSIONS AND COMPARE AIS See the AI chats you open in one searchable list on your device, keep the answers that matter, and reopen chats later. Ask two to four AI models the same question and read the answers side by side. REVIEW WORKSPACE Save answers and selected text, compare and check them, link sources and record decisions, all stored on your device. ONLY THE FEATURES YOU WANT Turn any feature on or off from the popup. Anything you switch off disappears from the pages you visit. You need your own API key from a supported AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq or OpenRouter), and the provider bills you for what you use.
