Woviq turns your Google Meet, Zoom & Teams calls into clean, editorial-grade summaries, full transcripts, and action items — without ever sending a bot into your meeting. No awkward "Woviq Notetaker has joined" moment. Woviq captures the meeting audio natively from your own tab and mixes in your microphone, all from a side panel docked next to your call. When you stop, the recording is securely uploaded to Woviq and transcribed and summarized for you. HOW TO USE 1. Install Woviq and sign in with your Woviq account (a free waitlist account works). 2. Open your meeting — Google Meet (https://meet.google.com), the Zoom web client (https://zoom.us), or Microsoft Teams on the web. 3. Click the Woviq toolbar icon to open the side panel. 4. Grant microphone permission when prompted and click "Start Capturing". 5. Click "Stop" when the meeting ends — Woviq uploads the recording and processes it. 6. Your summary, action items, and transcript appear in the side panel (and your dashboard) when ready. PRIVACY & DATA SECURITY Recording only happens when you explicitly start it. The recording is uploaded over encrypted HTTPS to Woviq's private storage and transcribed/summarized server-side; audio is stored privately and access is re-checked on every request. We do not sell your data and do not use your recordings to train models for other customers. You can delete any meeting — or your whole account, including stored audio — from the Woviq dashboard.
