# WOS Aide ## 面向科研检索、AI 辅助研究与文献处理的 Chrome 侧边栏 **WOS Aide** 是一款面向科研人员的中英文 Chrome 侧边栏扩展，将 **Web of Science 检索、AI Prompt 管理、DOI/Crossref 数据、期刊工具、参考文献处理和学术翻译**整合到一个科研工作空间中。 ### 核心功能 **Web of Science 检索式** 使用可配置的云端或本地语言模型，生成、优化和检查高质量的 Web of Science 检索式。 **AI Prompt 管理器** 保存、整理和复用科研 Prompt，并快速在 **ChatGPT 和 Google Gemini** 中调用，用于 Web of Science 检索式生成。支持长篇学术论文的连续中文翻译，保持上下文、专业术语和翻译风格的一致性。 **DOI 与 WOS 标识符** 提取、清理和处理 DOI、Web of Science Accession Number 等文献标识符，也支持从用户选择的文献文件中进行本地提取，从而更快捷、方便地处理文献数据请求及机构已订阅的全文下载请求。 **Crossref 与文献数据** 查询 Crossref 元数据，处理文献记录，导出引文数据，并生成 BIB 文件。 **期刊工具** 查询期刊信息及期刊等级，保存和管理个人期刊列表，辅助期刊筛选。 **参考文献与 DOCX** 生成格式化参考文献，并获取可直接用于 Microsoft Word 的 **DOCX 文件**文献格式化数据。 **本地文献数据库** 将用户选择的文献数据目录转换为本地可查询的 SQLite 数据库，方便更高级地整理和检索文献。 **机构全文访问** 根据用户可用的机构认证和访问环境，辅助寻找学术文献的全文访问入口。 ### 隐私与本地优先 本地文件和文件夹仅在用户主动选择或拖入后才会被访问。只有在用户主动使用需要第三方服务的功能时，扩展才会连接相应的外部服务。 ### 数据访问与授权 Web of Science、期刊全文及其他订阅资源的实际访问能力取决于用户所在机构的订阅、身份认证、网络环境以及相关授权和许可。**请遵循所在机构的使用条款。** --- # WOS Aide ## A Chrome Sidebar for Research Search, AI-Assisted Research, and Literature Processing **WOS Aide** is a bilingual Chrome sidebar extension designed for researchers. It integrates **Web of Science search, AI Prompt management, DOI/Crossref data, journal tools, reference management, and academic translation** into a unified research workspace. ### Core Features **Web of Science Search Queries** Use configurable cloud-based or local language models to generate, optimize, and check high-quality Web of Science search queries. **AI Prompt Manager** Save, organize, and reuse research Prompts, and quickly invoke them in **ChatGPT and Google Gemini** for Web of Science search query generation. Support continuous Chinese translation of long academic papers while maintaining consistency in context, terminology, and translation style. **DOI and WOS Identifiers** Extract, clean, and process DOI, Web of Science Accession Number, and other literature identifiers. Local extraction from user-selected literature files is also supported, making it faster and easier to process literature data requests and full-text download requests for resources subscribed to by the user's institution. **Crossref and Literature Data** Query Crossref metadata, process literature records, export citation data, and generate BIB files. **Journal Tools** Query journal information and journal rankings, save and manage personal journal lists, and assist with journal selection. **References and DOCX** Generate formatted references and obtain literature formatting data as **DOCX files** that can be directly used with Microsoft Word. **Local Literature Database** Convert a user-selected literature data directory into a locally searchable SQLite database for more advanced organization and retrieval of literature. **Institutional Full-Text Access** Assist in finding full-text access points for academic literature based on the user's available institutional authentication and access environment. ### Privacy and Local-First Design Local files and folders are accessed only when the user actively selects or drags them into the extension. The extension connects to external services only when the user actively uses features that require third-party services. ### Data Access and Authorization Actual access to Web of Science, journal full text, and other subscription resources depends on the user's institutional subscriptions, authentication, network environment, and applicable authorization and licenses. **Please follow the terms of use of your institution.**
