Single purpose Show an honest deal verdict (BUY / WAIT / SKIP / FAIR) on Amazon product pages, based on the item's real 12-month price history, judged against the price the user currently sees on the page. Permission justification — host access to worthitforyou.com The extension sends the product's ASIN and the on-page price to our own API at worthitforyou.com/api/verdict to compute the verdict. Host permission is required to make that single request from the background service worker. Permission justification — host access to www.amazon.com (content script) Required to read the product ID (ASIN) and the displayed price on Amazon product pages, and to inject the small verdict card. The script runs only on Amazon product pages and does nothing on any other site. (If the console shows only ONE host-permission box instead of two, paste both paragraphs together in it.) Data collection - Check only "Personally identifiable information"? No … Website content? → Yes" — i.e. only "Website content" = Yes, everything else No. - If it asks for a note on Website content: The product's ASIN and the price displayed on the Amazon page the user is viewing, sent to our server to compute the price verdict. Not stored, not linked to any identity. Remote code - No (all code is packaged in the extension). The three certification checkboxes — check all three: 1. ✅ I do not sell or transfer user data to third parties, outside the approved use cases. 2. ✅ I do not use or transfer user data for purposes unrelated to my item's single purpose. 3. ✅ I do not use or transfer user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
