Problem w/ Activating Extension

Hello,
I am experiencing the same issue mentioned above, in that when I click the extension icon so I can use it, only a very thin vertical strip of the menu is shown. There is no way to ascertain the information presumably provided on the menu. I tried un-installing then re-installing the extension, as well as checking for additional extension options, enabling permissions, etc., but nothing has worked. This error makes the extension utterly useless. Thus, the extension should either be remedied or deleted from the Chrome Web Store altogether.

When I click the extension icon it only shows a tiny part of the drop down menu

its cut off and I can't see the buttons
