Display issue after Chrome update

You are not able to see the time from just looking at the pinned icon on the top right.
This happened only after chrome updated to the last version.
It still does what it is supposed to do but you cannot see the time just by looking at it

Timer reset

Does the time i stop at stay there until i continue / reset or will it reset itself after a while?
