Workflow Agent - DucPhuc

Record web actions once, add steps for files, Drive, Telegram and APIs, then run on a schedule. No data sent to any server.

Workflow Agent turns the repetitive work you do in your browser into workflows that run by themselves, without writing code. Record a task once: click Record, work through the page as you normally would, then stop. Each action becomes a step you can read and edit. You can then add steps that process the files you downloaded, save the results to your cloud storage or spreadsheet, or send you a message when the job is done. Put the workflow on a schedule and it runs in the background while Chrome is open. If your computer was off at the scheduled time, it catches up when you come back and tells you it ran late. A library of ready-made workflows covers common office and operations tasks, from daily sales reports to month-end reconciliation. Pick one, record the few clicks specific to your site, and it is ready. A full-screen flowchart editor lets you see the whole process, run it up to any step to check the result, and fix steps one at a time. If you connect your own AI key, the extension can name steps, write data-processing logic from a plain-language description, and repair steps when a website changes its layout. Without a key, recording and running work the same. Everything stays on your computer: no account, no server, no tracking. Workflows can be exported as files to share with your team. Available in English and Vietnamese.
