Overview
Brief, concrete movement breaks: reminders for 29 hand, back, hip, and core exercises on the days and hours you choose
WorkFit prompts you to take brief, concrete movement breaks at your desk, with local reminders and instructions in a Chrome toolbar popup. Choose from 29 bundled hand, back, hip and core exercises lasting 30 or 45 seconds. Request a random suggestion, choose a specific exercise, save favourites or exclude individual movements from suggestions. Choose a seated or standing preference to tailor random suggestions to your desk setup. Set reminders every 15 to 120 minutes on your chosen weekdays and work hours, with minute-level start and end times. Pause for one hour or until tomorrow, then resume early if you like. Choose sound on or off. Start a guided timer from the popup or reminder notification. Snooze reminders for 5, 10 or 30 minutes, as selected in Settings. When a timer ends, the notification offers One more. Notification buttons depend on your platform; the popup also provides timer controls. See today's finished-timer count. The local log retains up to 14 days and 200 entries and can be erased in Settings. These records count timer endings, not confirmed physical activity. No accounts, analytics, tracking or network calls. Settings, selected exercise, pause deadline, active timer and finished-timer log stay in Chrome local storage on your device.
